Bay Center / Willapa Bay KOAAdjoining the beautiful Willapa Bay, you will find the Bay Center/Willapa Bay KOA in a quiet and relaxed setting. There is a scenic trail that takes you from the campground to the beach, where you can enjoy many beach related activities, or just spend the day enjoying the sand, surf and birds. Swimming is allowed in the tidal bay, and you can even collect your own steamer clams! The campground is also conveniently located to the Pacific Ocean, and while in the area there is also golfing and antiquing to keep busy when you’re done enjoying the beach. There are many festivals in the area, including a bluegrass festival, kite festival, Willapa Bay seafood festival, garlic festival, and water music festival, as well as many other fun activities, such as a rodeo, sand castle building competition and tall ships display. The campground offers RV or tent sites, as well as cabins. Amenities include cable tv, bicycle rentals, ice cream socials, and wireless internet. |
