Five Ridge PrairieThe Five Ridge Prairie is located in Plymouth County, Iowa. This 790 acre preserve is situated along the loess bluffs and contains a mix of native prairie ridge tops and oak timbered valleys. The area is home to a number of threatened and endangered species of both animals and plants. There is hiking and wildlife viewing available year round at Five Ridge Prairie and public hunting is also open during a limited time. Only foot traffic is allowed in the area. |
